Training Course on
“Innovative Planning and Management of Asian Heritage Destinations: Practical Lessons for Achieving Sustainable Success”, 26-30 October 2009, Sukhothai Province, Thailand
The Asian Center for Tourism Planning and Poverty Reduction (ACTPPR) and College of Innovation of Thammasat University in collaboration with the PATA Foundation, are organizing a five-day course on “Innovative Planning and Management of Asian Heritage Destinations: Practical Lessons for Achieving Sustainable Success”, 26-30 October 2009 at Sukhothai province, Thailand.
The course is designed to help heritage destinations establish a unique and memorable visitor experience as well as achieve their full tourism potential. Target participants are those with experience in heritage destination management such as public officials from tourism and cultural organizations at national and local level, culture and tourism site planners and managers, instructors from academic institutions, consultancy organizations and NGOs. We are pleased to invite those who are interested in sharing innovative ideas and approaches on managing heritage destinations to join our course.
